TryQuick is a peer-to-peer product preview marketplace founded and operated by Charan Saiyesh Reddy Medapati ("Service Provider", "we", "us"), based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
TryQuick connects people looking for product previews ("buyers") with people who own those products ("owners"). A buyer on TryQuick is not someone purchasing a product — they are someone seeking a preview session. An owner is not a seller — they are someone who hosts the preview of a product they own. No goods are sold through TryQuick.
For physical previews, buyers are matched with owners nearby based on location. For digital previews (video call), matching is not location-restricted — any owner across India can host a digital preview.

Preview fees are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorized payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs. Razorpay handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
TryQuick uses your device's location to show nearby product listings and match you with owners in your area. Location is a core feature of the service — the app cannot function without it.
Owner home locations are stored on our servers for the distance-based matching feature. Exact addresses are never shown to buyers — only approximate distance and city name are displayed.
Aggregated, anonymized location data may be used to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the app's performance and functionality. Anonymized location data may periodically be transmitted to external analytics services.
Owners may voluntarily submit an Aadhaar card photo and a selfie to receive a Verified badge on their profile. This is entirely optional — it is not required to list products or offer digital previews. Completing verification simply signals additional trustworthiness to preview seekers.
Submitted documents are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 (encrypted object storage). Access is restricted to our review team only. Documents are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

To request deletion of your data, use Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account within the app. Financial and KYC records are retained for legal compliance regardless of deletion request.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.
TryQuick is not intended for users under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tryquick.in and we will delete it from our servers promptly.
