Delete Your Account

About This Page

This page explains how to delete your account in TryQuick, the product preview app on Google Play published by Charan Saiyesh Reddy Medapati (developer name: TryQuick). It also explains which data is deleted and which data we must keep, and for how long.

Option 1 — Delete From the App

1. Open the TryQuick app and log in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Under Account Actions, tap Delete Account.
4. Read the summary and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are logged out.

Option 2 — Request by Email

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't log in, email privacy@tryquick.in with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the mobile number registered on your TryQuick account.

We will confirm the request with you before deleting anything. We reply within 48 business hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. If money is still in your wallet, we will first help you withdraw it.

What Gets Deleted

• Your name, age, gender and profile photo
• Your home location and any shared meeting locations
• Your saved UPI ID for withdrawals and your emergency contact
• Identity verification records
• Your product listings are removed, and their photos and documents are deleted
• Your notifications, login codes (OTP records) and the device tokens used for notifications
• Requests that haven't been paid yet are cancelled

Your phone number is anonymised, so the deleted account can't be logged into again.

What We Keep, and for How Long

Indian law and user safety require us to keep some records. These records are stored without your name, photo, location or phone number:

• Booking records: up to 8 years (financial compliance)
• Payment and wallet transaction records: up to 8 years (Indian accounting law)
• Safety reports, disputes and safety-alert records: 3 years (kept with the booking, for user safety)

After these periods, the records are deleted. Ratings you gave are kept in other users' rating averages. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Want Only Some Data Deleted?

You don't have to delete your whole account. You can edit or remove your profile details and listings in the app at any time, or email privacy@tryquick.in to ask us to delete specific data.
