TryQuick is a peer-to-peer product preview marketplace founded and operated by Charan Saiyesh Reddy Medapati ("TryQuick", "we", "us"), based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
TryQuick enables buyers to pay a small preview fee to meet a nearby product owner and physically examine their product before making a purchase decision. TryQuick facilitates the booking and payment process — we are not a party to any sale of goods between users.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
By uploading photos or content to TryQuick, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app for the purposes of operating the service.
Buyers browse nearby product listings and pay preview fees to examine products from owners in person or via video call.
Owners list their products with photos, condition details, and pricing. They agree to meet buyers at scheduled times for preview sessions.
The same account can switch between buyer and owner roles within the app.
Preview fees are calculated by TryQuick based on the listed product's market price:
All payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorized payment gateway. Fees are held in escrow and released upon successful preview completion.
Revenue split: 80% of the preview fee goes to the owner; 20% is retained by TryQuick as a platform fee. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; any changes will be clearly communicated.
When you request a preview, you submit three preferred time slots. If the owner confirms a slot, a booking is created and payment is required within the deadline shown in the app.
Cancellation rules:
Repeated cancellations (2+ in a single day) may result in a temporary booking freeze.
Owners may voluntarily complete identity verification by uploading a valid Aadhaar card photo and a selfie. Verified owners receive a Verified badge on their profile, which builds trust with preview seekers. Verification is not required to list products or offer digital previews.
Submitting false or someone else's identity documents is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or exhausted data allowance.
If you use the application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur data charges, including roaming charges if used outside your home region. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. Such actions could expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Violations may result in immediate suspension, account termination, and/or legal action.
If a preview goes wrong (owner no-show, product mismatch, etc.), users can raise a dispute within the app. TryQuick's support team reviews disputes within 24 hours. Escrow funds are held until the dispute is resolved.
TryQuick's dispute decision is final for amounts up to the preview fee. For larger claims, users may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in Thane, Maharashtra.
TryQuick maintains an in-app wallet for each user. Preview fee refunds are credited to the wallet within 24 hours of a cancellation or dispute resolution.
Wallet balance withdrawals to bank accounts are available from the Wallet screen. Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days.
Wallet balances do not expire and are not subject to platform fees, except where required by law.
TryQuick is a technology platform that connects buyers and owners. We are not responsible for:
TryQuick's maximum liability to any user in connection with any booking shall not exceed the preview fee paid for that booking.
The Service Provider may wish to update the Application at some point. The operating system requirements may change, and you will need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to remain relevant or compatible with your specific OS version. You agree to always accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you will end; (b) you must cease using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account within the app. When an account is deleted, active bookings are automatically cancelled and any escrowed funds are returned to the buyer's wallet.
TryQuick may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. In cases of fraud, no refund of wallet balance will be issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of TryQuick shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2026-04-13.
