What Are Preview Fees?

Preview fees are charged by TryQuick when a buyer books a time slot to physically or digitally examine a product from an owner. This fee covers the owner's time and the platform service — it is not a purchase of goods.

No goods are bought or sold through TryQuick. The preview fee is purely for the inspection service.

Buyer Cancellation Rules

How Refunds Are Processed

Repeated Cancellations

For Owners: Cancelling 2 or more bookings in a single day will trigger a 1-day account suspension. During suspension, the owner cannot accept new requests or create listings.

For Owners: Owners with unpaid penalties of ₹30 or more cannot create new listings until the penalty balance is cleared from their earnings.

For Buyers: Frequent cancellations are monitored and may result in temporary account restrictions to protect owners' time.

Non-Refundable Situations

How to Cancel a Booking

Open the TryQuick app → My Bookings → tap the booking → Cancel Booking. The cancellation penalty (if any) will be shown before you confirm.

Cancellations cannot be made after a preview session has been marked as active (journey started). In that case, raise a Dispute instead.

How to Raise a Dispute

If something goes wrong during a preview (owner no-show, product mismatch, safety concern), raise a dispute within the app: My Bookings → tap the booking → Raise Dispute.

Our team reviews disputes within 24 hours. Escrow funds are held until the dispute is resolved. The decision of TryQuick's support team is final for amounts up to the preview fee.
