Meet during daytimeSchedule previews during daylight hours in well-lit, populated areas.

Tell someone where you're goingShare the meeting location and owner's name with a family member or friend before you go.

Check the owner's verification badgeVerified owners have completed KYC. Prefer verified owners for high-value products.

Don't pay outside the appAny request to pay cash, UPI, or outside TryQuick is a scam. All legitimate transactions go through the app wallet.

For Owners โ€” Hosting Previews

Choose a safe meeting spotYour home entrance lobby, a cafรฉ, or a community area. You are not required to invite buyers inside your home.

Keep valuables securedOnly bring the specific product being previewed. Leave other valuables at home.

Take photos before handing overDocument the product's condition before letting a buyer handle it, in case of a dispute.

Never accept off-app paymentsIf a buyer tries to pay you directly or asks to "settle outside TryQuick," report them immediately.

For Digital Previews (Video Call)

Owners must be KYC-verifiedDigital previews are only offered by identity-verified owners. This protects buyers who cannot meet in person.

Record the call (with consent)Both parties may record the video preview for their own reference in case of disputes.

Ask to see all sidesRequest the owner show all angles, ports, screen, and any damage during the call. A good owner won't refuse.

Don't share personal informationNever share your home address, bank details, or Aadhaar number during a video preview.
