For Preview partners — Hosting Previews

Choose a safe meeting spotYour home entrance lobby, a café, or a community area. You are not required to invite customers inside your home.

Keep valuables securedOnly bring the specific product being previewed. Leave other valuables at home.

Take photos before letting a customer examine itDocument the product's condition before the customer inspects it, in case of a dispute.

Keep the product in sight at all timesShow it while it stays in your hands until the app confirms the customer's first 4 digits. After that you can hand it over for a closer look — stay right beside them, never let it out of your sight, and take it back before they share the last 4. This is a preview, not a handoff.

Never accept off-app paymentsIf a customer tries to pay you directly or asks to "settle outside TryQuick," report them immediately.
For Digital Previews (Video Call)

Share your code only after you see the productGive the first 4 digits only once the preview partner shows the actual product on camera — after that the preview counts as delivered. Share the last 4 once you've finished looking.
🎥
Record the call (with consent)Both parties may record the video preview for their own reference in case of disputes.
🔍
Ask to see all sidesRequest the preview partner show all angles, ports, screen, and any damage during the call. A good preview partner won't refuse.

Don't share personal informationNever share your home address, bank details, or Aadhaar number during a video preview.
