TryQuick is a Service — Not a Goods Store

TryQuick is an online platform that lets buyers book a preview of a product from a nearby owner — either an in-person meeting or a video-call session — before they decide to buy it elsewhere.

TryQuick does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. No product is bought or sold through the platform. The only thing you pay for is the preview service (the owner's time + the platform's coordination).

What "Delivery" Means Here

Because the product is a service, "delivery" is the preview session itself:

Your booking is confirmed instantly in the app once payment is completed, and the preview is delivered at the scheduled slot you and the owner agree on.

Delivery Timeline

Shipping Charges

None. Since no physical goods are shipped, there are no shipping or delivery charges. The only charge is the preview fee shown in the app before you confirm a booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a preview cannot be delivered (owner no-show, cancellation, or a dispute), refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
